Social Skills & Etiquette Workshop for Tweens with Afternoon Tea
Let’s pretend we’re invited to a royal afternoon tea and learn everything there is to know!
This fun, interactive and informative 2-hour afternoon tea experience for tweens that covers the topics of key social skills, deportment and afternoon tea etiquette. The children will learn about the art of posture, carriage and bearing, as well as those all-important social skills. It is followed with afternoon tea etiquette; a practical and hands-on learning experience to guide the children through some of the history surrounding afternoon tea, the tea itself, how to eat your tea items properly, and other fascinating tidbits of information. This is a social skills experience with a difference and will help increase general social awareness, poise and confidence in boys and girls.
AGE: 9-12 years (recommended)
PRICE: $160 per child (including tuition, notes, and afternoon tea).
WHEN: Wednesday, 3 October 2018 from 14:30 – 16:30.
DURATION: 2 hours
NUMBERS: A minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 12 participants.

Who is presenting?
Ana formerly served in the Royal Household of Her Majesty The Queen at Buckingham Palace, as well as holding other high profile positions involving protocol and etiquette. She brings a unique understanding of how traditional etiquette translates to the modern world and presents these social skills in a fun and very practical way specifically aimed at children.
At the very forefront of planning and executing major Royal events during her time at Buckingham Palace, Ana also held a military career spanning 12 years in the British Royal Navy, as well as senior positions in the corporate world.
She offers a professional, authoritative and comprehensive etiquette and social skills training. Ana’s warm personality and sense of humour ensure that children feel at ease while they learn the ins and outs of etiquette for a variety of situations applicable to them.
